• 3年以上.NET开发经验，有大型网站的设计实施经验；
• 熟练掌握面向对象设计方法及具备相关开发实践；
• 精通ASP.NET，Javascript,Ajax,精通B/S三层架构,了解从后端到前端的整体架构与开发；
• 精通主流数据库应用以及编程方法；
• 有过团队管理经验，能够带领小型团队开展工作；
• 具有一定的英文读写能力，能够阅读和编写技术性文档；
