Additional Experience Desired:
 Product lifecycle documentation support and maintenance.
 Maintenance of firmware/software compatibility matrices.
 Experience in Agile / Iterative Development methodologies


Other Skills Required:
 Self motivated and strong dedication to accomplishing tasks in a proper and timely fashion.
 Strong oral and written communication skills.
 Ability to work as a team player and also have ability to accomplish tasks as a sole contributor.
 Must be self-assertive and able to create a routine work schedule to support the overall configuration management efforts in the department.
 Configuration management experience for both Software application and embedded development.

Education:
 4+ years of software development experience
 BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree

Required Experience:
 3+ years as a configuration manager working with significant projects supporting a 60+ Engineer development staff.
 Must have strong knowledge of the software/firmware development lifecycle.
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation System, Visual Source Safe, Qui c k Test Professional and quality management tools Quality Center .
 Ability to write programming scripts as needed (e.g. QTP, DOS Command, etc).
 Very strong in Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, Power-Point) etc.
 Development experience in an enterprise-class system with multi-tier architecture
 Enthusiastic in solving interesting problems
 Strong speaking and writing skills, in both Chinese and English
