This DBA position is responsible for provide services of database support of Oracle. A qualified candidate should be able to:
1、Work with domestic/oversea counterparts to support of application teams with database requests
2、Resolving database related application performance issues.
3、Solving ad-hoc application issues related to Oracle database
4、Perform tasks to evaluate capacity and advise on and execute capacity management activities
5、Some knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred.
6、Database jobs and space monitoring. Perform tuning activities and DB Performance checks for Applications
7、Follow configuration management procedures. Advise on configuration management improvements.
8、Documentation - providing Support documentation on status and environments,
Tracking communications as required and defined within support processes.

1、Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering related area;
2、At least Three years practical experience in Oracle administration working
3、Excellent knowledge in SQL is required.
4、Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel
5、Fluent English is a must. Good English communication skills, with the ability to present resolution to foreign customers in a clear and comprehensible way
6、Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment. Can adapt to overlap works due to time difference
7、Exceptional interpersonal and team skills, Excellent Customer Service Focus (focus on customer as the top priority, keep abreast of customer needs and priorities, and provide value to the customer)
8、Good time management skills, ability to multi-task and handle pressure without compromising level of customer service or required detail
