* Manage Quality Assurance Strategy and Process;
* Act as contact point and liaison on quality issues;
* Attend joint reviews with development team for test requirements, plan and criteria;
* Design and development of test cases and conditions;
* Create, track, execute, measure and intelligently optimize test case suites across products;
* Create detailed tracking reports to track defects and resolutions;
* Collaborate smoothly with engineers interanl the project developerment team;
* Oversee creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.

* Enough technical expertise to be able to conduct white/grey box testing
* Technical understanding of development process and key components as necessary to facilitate defect assignment;
* Knowledge of QA and SDLC development methodologies
* Knowledge of SQL and Relational Database – MS SQL server
* Experience with automated testing
* Has the ability to work with minimum supervision to creative solutions in support of testing
* 3 Years of experience in software testing or development
* Excellent communication skills
* A bachelors degree or higher
* Must be organized and systematic in approach to tasks.
* Requires positive attitude for an energetic start-up environment
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
Pluses:
* Coding or design experience (VB, JavaScript, C#, etc)
* Knowledge of Testing Automation framework/scripting
